Returns

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help you! You can exchange or return up to 30 to dawn after the date of delivery.

Exchange or return can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

1. Send an email to info@vailendesign.com within 30 days of receiving your order indicating that you wish to exchange one or more products.

2. Register your return using the form you received from customer service and stick the shipping label on the package.

3. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by email.
