Vailen Design provides a standard 24-month warranty on the movement, hands and dial, unless otherwise stated in your warranty certificate. If you cannot discover a warranty period anywhere in your warranty certificate, the standard warranty is 24 months. The warranty starts on the date of purchase of the watch and is stated in the warranty certificate that comes with the watch.

If the movement, hands or dial of your watch break through no fault of your own within the specified warranty period, the watch will be repaired free of charge. If the watch can no longer be made, you will receive a new watch.

Excluded from the warranty :


Exception: If the battery is empty within 4 months of the purchase date, we will replace it free of charge.

Watch strap
Exception: If you have a watch strap with stones, a 3-week warranty is given if the stones become loose.

Handle your watch with care.

Avoid violent shocks, chemical products and magnetic influences.

Make sure that the crown/screw is always closed. If this is open, the indicated water tightness can no longer be guaranteed.

You can only claim the warranty with the proof of purchase/invoice (please keep it safe) and the provided warranty certificate with the original Vailen Design dealer stamp and the date of purchase. A clear description of the complaint is also important for a correct repair.

If further inspection shows that a broken watch is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be informed of this at all times. The customer then decides whether the watch needs to be made and then takes responsibility for the costs incurred. Broken watches that fall outside the warranty period or are not covered by the warranty can also be repaired by The costs of this repair and shipping are then at your own expense.
