Returns Policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items
for personal care (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift vouchers.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If you're approved, you'll automatically get a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
